Problems

I cannot get gamehouse to download for 4days now and am afraid I am going to lose all my balance. Which I have been a long time getting. Just do not know what went wrong. I love the game its happened before and the support group fixed it for me am so hoping they can fix it this trim. I love the game and miss it thanks so much
